Jurnal Penelitian dan Pengukuran Psikoogi (JPPP) is an open access journal in psychology published by The Faculty of Psychology Universitas Negeri Jakarta (UNJ). JPPP is a bi-annual peer reviewed journal that publishes original and meaningful contributions to the field of psychology in Indonesia. The journal aims for experimental, theoretical, measurement development and theoretical review articles in all areas of psychology. In particular, we expected to received article with advances statistical analysis in measurement, psychometric, and modelling study in psychology.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to know the effect of big five personality traits against consumers trust for shopping in online shop. The research takes 120 subjects who ever did spending in online shop and domiciled in Jakarta. The methods was used in this research is quantitative approach with the regression analysis. The taking of sample in this study uses a nonprobability accidental sampling method. Instrument of this study consists of two scales, there are scale of consumers trust according to Mcknight, Kacmar, and Choudhury theory and scale of big five personality traits which had been adopted and modified from organization of International Personality Item Pool (IPIP) based on NEO-PI-R. The study result explains that there is significant effect between the big five personality traits against consumers trust for shopping in online shop. Regression equation obtained is Y = 38,315 + 0,044 X1 + 0,076 X2 + 0,406 X3 + 0,269 X4 + 0,067 X5, which means there is a positive effect between the big five personality traits against consumers trust for shopping in online shop with the value F = 4,618; p = 0,001 < 0.05 (significant). The amount of effect (Adjustment R Square) to the occurrence of the big five personality traits and consumers trust for shopping in online shop is 0,132 which means that the big five personality traits affect to consumers trust for shopping in online shop by 13,2% and the remaining 86,8% affected by another factors, outside of the big five personality traits. Abstract

Abstract The study was conducted to determine the effect of family social support against the reciliency of mother with mentally retarded children. The population in this study were all mothers who have mentally retarded child at South Jakarta. Samples used in this study amounted to 56 mothers who have mentally retarded children. Sampling using a purposive sampling technique. The study using quantitative methods with two instruments as a measure of family sosial support and reciliency measurement tools from the RQ-Test made by Reivich and Shattle (2002) that has been modified. Processing method of data analysis techniques in the testing hypothesis using Regression Analysis. The hypothesis in this study is that there is significant influence between family social support and reciliency of mother with mentally retarded children. Result explains that there is significant influence between family social support against reciliency. Regression equation obtained is Y = 75,311 + 0.212 X, which means there is a positive influence between family social support to reciliency with the value F = 22.842, p = 0.000 < 0.05 (significant). The amount of influence (R Square) to the occurrence of family social support against reciliency is 0,297 which means that the family sosial support influence the reciliency by 29,7% and the remaining 70,3% influenced by other factors outside of family social support. It can be interpreted any significant positive effect of family sosial support and the reciliency. The study concluded that the higher score on family sosial support, have the higher also the reciliency of mother with mentally retrarded child and if a mother with mentally retarded child has a lower score on family sosial support it will also lower the reciliency. Abstract

Abstract The aim of this study is to analyze the family functioning among family with schizophrenic outpatient in Jakarta. The research was conducted in RSKD Duren Sawit and Komunitas Peduli Skizofrenia Indonesia during June-July 2013. This study used quantitative descriptive method. Incidental sampling was used as sampling technique. A total of 107 family members that lived with schizophrenic outpatient participated in this study. Family functioning assessed by self-report questionnaire Family Assessment Device (FAD) based on McMaster Model of Family Functioning. Statistical descriptive that used in this study were performed with SPSS 17.00 for windows. The result of this study showed that family functioning among family with schizophrenic outpatient was unhealthy based on general functioning dimension that assess the overall family functioning. Also found that almost all profiling dimensions of family functioning were unhealthy; communication, roles, affective involvement, and behavior control; except on problem solving and affective responsiveness dimensions were healthy. Abstract

Abstract The study was conducted to determine the effect of Organizational Citizenship Behaviour (OCB) to Job Satisfaction the sampel of the study nurses were at the Persahabatan hospital. Using 125 nurses working in RSUP Persahabatan as sample. This study used quantitative method. Incidental sampling was used as sampling technique. The meansure of Job satisfaction variables in this study using instruments Job Satisfaction Scale (JSS) and OCB variables in this study was method using instrumen OCB by Organ. Regression analysis performed with SPSS version 17.00 for windows. The study explains that there is significant influence between Organizational Citizenship Behaviour (OCB) to Job Satisfaction. Regression equation obtained is Y = 75,410 + 0.381 witch means there is a positive influence between job satisfaction with the OCB with the value F = 6.960; p = 0.009 (α <0.05). The determinant index (R Square) to the occurrence of job satisfaction and OCB shows 5.4% and the remaining 94.6% is influenced by other factors beyond job satisfaction. Abstract

Abstract Purpose of this research is to detect how much the conformity influence the behavior of traffic discipline in students with a motorcycle in Jakarta. This research using quantitative method with ex post facto research design and using accidental sampling technique. Population in this research were all Universitas Negeri Jakarta students which ride a motorcycle as main transportation. The sample of this research are 40 respondents. This research used regression analysis with SPSS version 17.00 as analysis data technique. Based on the results of the data, the F value is 9,757 with 0,003 as significance level. Regression equation, Y = 69,782 + (-) 0,382X and the influenced of (R square) variable are 20,4 %, 79,6 % remaining are infuenced by the other factors than conformity. Based on this calculation Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, so that can be concluded that there is a significant negative effect between conformity and traffic discipline in Universitas Negeri Jakarta students were ride a motorcycle, and it means if the conformity of Universitas Negeri Jakarta students which ride a motorcycle was increase so, the disciplinary of them was decrease. Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of the quality of working life on organizational commitment in employees especially employees in PT. Mutualplus Global Resources in December 2013. Measurement scales used in this study was: Quality of Work Life Walton, in Zin (2004), and Bellingham & Meek, in Mas'ud (2004). The organizational commitment scale adapted from Allen & Meyer measurements, in Zin (2004) and Mowday, Steers & Porter, in Mas'ud (2004). The samples used in this study was 60 employees of PT. Mutualplus Global Resources. The method used is quantitative research with using the research data collection techniques such as interviews, observation, and using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used was a simple regression analysis using the statistical software program SPSS version 18.00. Based on the results of hypothesis testing concluded that the quality of work life and a positive significant effect on organizational commitment in employees the product moment correlation coefficient is 0,697. However, due to the categorization of the quality of work life and organizational commitment included in the category with each having the same number of proportion, amounting to 80%, it can be concluded that the quality of work life of employees quite fulfilled that commitment of employees have also not too strong or weak against the organization. Major variables influence the quality of working life on organizational commitment show correlation of 0,486 which means that the variable quality of work life affects the organizational commitment about 48,6 % and the remaining 51,4 % is influenced by other variables. Abstract

Abstract The study was conducted to determine the effect of personality trait on marital adjustment in early adulthood. The personality trait based on The Big Five Factors of Personality theory by McCrae dan Costa. This study used a quantitative research method with a ex post facto design. The sample used in this study is 100 persons. The sampling technique used accidental sampling method. This study used two instruments were adopted from International Personality Item Pool Representation of The NEO PI-R (IPIPNEO) for personality scale and Dyadic Adjustment Scale (DAS) for marital adjustment scale. Data analysis used regression analysis of 5 predictors technique. Based on the calculations, the value of F = 3.810 with a significance of 0.003 (p <0.05), suggested that there is a significant influence personality trait to marital adjustment in early adulthood. The influence of personality trait to marital adjustment in early adulthood that is obtained by Adjusted R Square is 0.124 which means personality trait affect marital adjustment in early adulthood individual by 12.4%, while the remaining percentage showed that there are other factors that influence marital adjustment on early adulthood beside personality trait. The study result suggested that only neuroticism domain has negative significant influence on marital adjustment with a -1.295 regression coefficient and 0.021 significance (p <0.05). Abstract

Abstract This study was conducted to determine the effect of perceptions of caregiver strain and psychological well-being of wives or husbands as providers of care for his partner who had a stroke. Field studies in this research lasted from April to June 2013. This study using quantitative methods with ex post facto research design and using accidental sampling techniques. Participants in this study amounted to 37 wives or husbands of stroke patients who have taken role as spouse caregiver for at least 3 months. The participants were found at the clubs stroke and stroke rehabilitation center in Jakarta. The data was collected using a measuring instrument that has been adapted into Indonesian. The Modified Caregiver Strain Index is consisting of 13 items and Ryff's Psychological Well-being Scale consisting of 54 items. Based on the results of the data, obtained value of F = 0.085, p = 0.772> 0:05 (not significant) and the value effect (Adjusted R Square) 2.6%. So that it can be concluded that there is no significant effect of Perception Towards Caregiver strain on psychological well-being by by wives or husbands who became spouse caregiver for their partner who had suffered from stroke. Abstract

Abstract The aim of this study is to know the difference of leadership styles and job satisfaction in PERUM PERUMNAS REGIONAL III. The research was held in PERUM PERUMNAS REGIONAL III, Jakarta on June – September 2013. This research used quantitative ex-post facto research method. Data were collected using scale of LBDQ XII (Leadership Behavior Description Questionnaire) and scale JSS (Job Satisfaction Survey), were assessed among 129 outpatients. Statistical analysis was done using the Analysis of Varians with SPSS version 17.00. The results of the study shows that on the interaction between initiating structure and consideration to job satisfaction significance at the level of 0,044. This shows that there are significant differences in the job satisfaction in terms of the interaction between initiating structure leadership style and consideration.
